Martin joined Gilde Healthcare in 2022. As Investment Manager in the Private Equity team, he  is involved in the origination and assessment of investment opportunities, execution of investment processes, and portfolio management.

Before joining the team, Martin gained private equity experience at 3i and Halder, where he was involved in healthcare services transactions. Martin started his career in the investment banking team of Bank of America in Frankfurt.

Martin holds a Master’s degree in Management from the University of Mannheim, Germany completing semesters abroad at the Singapore Management University and the BI Norwegian Business School as part of his studies.
